They should make it so that in open world it is applied but once you flag up, or attack or are attacked by an enemy then the hidden name disappears until you're out of combat for 1 minute or something

Its actually asking them to fix a long standing bug. 

Remove Ghillie effects period.

If you want to hide your name, fine but then you should still show up as at least "PLAYER" in "X GUILD" along with your HP bar.  Not being able to see a player attacking you in a group of mobs because they don't have a name plate or HP bar is stupid.  The only place the Ghillie suit should hide a player's name, HP bar, and everything is when in a Node war or Siege.

I think removing it period is a tall order that won't get fulfilled.  Too widely used in OW.

RBF though...is our only queueable team vs team pvp mode.  Either allow everyone to enjoy the benefits of ghille, or none at all.

I use ghille in RBF sometimes, BTW.

But the funnier part is complaining about how "unfair" the Ghille is in a game with 1,000 P2W advantages and he uses those too!!!!

My guild's name is UnfairAdvantage lol.  But not usually.  Maybe like 10% of my games or so.  Funnily enough, when I don't use it, I get more points.

not using ghillie is nerfing yourself. it just gives too much advantage. that being said, im against it but i feel forced to use it.

It really is.Whether you agree with them being in the game or not is irrelevant to the fact that if you dont use one your at a disadvantage.So even if you dont like them being in the game you should still use one if you can.

Even then though certain classes definitively benefit more than others from them.A Zerker for instance you can see from a mile away no matter what but a succ wiz tping around or a fast iframer it helps alot.Their is also the factor of seeing them but mistaking them for the wrong team which has cost me getting killed multiples of times.

Yup.  Lahn, Ninja/Kuno, DK, Sorc utilize ghille well too.  Fast, blinky classes.  And you guys make a great point about nerfing yourself not using one.  This is the main reason I use it in open world (when I know the fight will be on the "tryhard" side of things), but RBF...idk how else to explain the significance of RBF's team-setting as a type of organized PvP.
