There are ton of reports on global labs discord, and on these formus and there were feedbacks on old forums and everywhere. Pearl Abyss just doesnt care it seems. There are so many solutions/suggestions to balance out ghillie suits at least in organized PvP (RBF and GvGs).
Put special symbols, put nameplates with "hostile player" text, disable coloring into known abusable colors etc.

Showing teammates HP bars too. Like, why isn't it implemented yet? It doesn't seem difficult, or time consuming, to do.
