[Suggestion] Make Crystals Have Durability Instead Of Breaking

Currently, when you die to mobs, you have a chance at a crystal breaking. We shouldn't be punished for trying to grind better monster zones. Instead of losing a 5b crystal, I believe crystals should have a durability system. 

This could be repaired simply with silver like we repair armor and weapon durability.

Or

To save the crystal market, perhaps the crystal that loses durability could be repaired using crystals. Give each crystal an assigned value and maybe we have to grind or heat it to get enough durability materials to repair it. 

Some crystals are rare enough on the market that even after getting over the silver loss, it can still be a challenge to get some crystals back. Any change to the current crystal system is a welcome change.

As a lifeskiller I don't often run into the same issues that PvE focused players do with their crystals as I don't grind in any of the high end spots. In fact, I actually gain a lot more money if crystals remain breakable because I'm selling expensive crystals often enough that I don't use really (thank you Boss Blitz!).

However, I do know that the mechanics causing crystals to break has been a long time running issue that many, many players encounter and have made suggestions in the past on (frequently). As it is now, I can definitely recognize why crystals breaking can be a huge deterrent to doing any sort of PvE content, let alone the super end game Dehkia spots that have been being added in recently.

I feel like other Adventurers should not be dissuaded from running the expensive crystals in these spots, as it seems to me like these crystals are almost a requirement! Running even a single Girin's is 5 billion on the line (at the mercy of ping, etc.) just so you can meet the requirements to do the content, only to slip up once and then you're punished with being less efficient and that huge 5 billion price tag. Girin's being so expensive is definitely a factor for me, but you've got to add in multiple crystals breaking on top of that, too!

There could be a compromise between Crystals breaking as they are, or completely removing the crystal breaking mechanic. I feel like Kalvari's second option makes a lot of sense. I don't want to see the market being destroyed/permanently min-listed (which is what removing breakage entirely would do, I feel like). The second option they listed out might actually benefit the crystal market in some ways.

Maybe sort of base it off like how crons are determined for each item (value wise). Require a certain amount of a silver sink item (maybe something obtainable from the CM) to repair each specific crystal, sort of like recharging Alchemy Stones.

its ridicule  the more costly / worthly crystals break 1st than  cheapest ones.
i think a make a durability gonna be great .  the u have time to repair them

No. A change for the worse is not desirable.

Removal of crystal break on death is optimal, clean and simple redemption path for PA.

I've been advocating for half-measures before they put cash shop crystal restores into the game.

Yes, it's only three extras but it shows how our feedback explaining WHY we lose crystals, pointing to obvious and undeniable server issues has been ignored.

Maybe in KR all crystal loss cases are due to skill issue but it's not the case in EU. If it's not falling under the map followed by death, it's extreme rubberbanding and reconnect screen straight into accumulated damage (and often death+crystal break).
