I am at oluns now i like these zone alot becouse we party with people and feel more socialized,but i notice smal adds appear 99% of the time at 10% hp of main golem so my sugestion make it cast instant apear adds, becouse most of the time we have to stop for his animation and some clases have so huge dmg that before thay stop ttey kill the bos before he born adds .My suggestion make adds apear at 20% of hp to the bos and he be more tanky  while they are alive so we kill all together .

I tryed dekia but lost crystals worth 3 b so never again .

Any olun grinders please add in coments what best solution to be adressed for fix this grind and not acidently nuke the bos and lose 70% of his drop probability.

Oluns is all about DMG control. Babies as they call them or the extra adds will spawn at less than 45-50% HP, arm break animation is at about 50-60% HP. It sounds like to me youre getting arm to slam first then baby spawn. There are a couple ways to fix this 1- get better grind mates who know when to apply DMG and stop attacking at the proper times. 2- if you control your DMG you can push the HP to like 60% then wait for attack animation thats not arm break, hopefully a long one, then blast DMG to less than 45% during the animation, you can get it to spawn babies before arm everytime. 3- I'd look into forcing nukes if you're enough ap for it although it doesn't sound like you're at that point yet.

The babies used to despawn at big golem death, they changed so they don't anymore which helped this greatly like a year ago now

It's funny you say this because if you are really consistant with golems dropping their arm before they spawn babies, and killing it in that one animation window before it spawns them, you will actually pull a bit more trash, plus you get more chances for a ring piece since the golems drop more trash than all its minions combined, if you have a solid team put together that is.

The three stages of running oluns is funny.

Not doing enough dps to get to spawn minions before dropping the arm all the time.
Doing enough dps to get minions to spawn before arm every time.
Having so much dps that you stop before minions phase and then cook them before they can spawn anything.

If you struggle with having to stop DPS try forcing shorter animations (nuke or donut depending on your DPS) but after you are able to push donuts it doesn't get much faster
