Tell me where I'm wrong?!

Arsha is a PVP server. Even the 50% drop rate is wrong because it clashes with the purpose of the server itself. They should rework that and hand out drop rate scrolls to people who actively participate the PvP in that server instead of making a PVP server which is only populated by PVE toons.

It would be another band-aid on a band-aid. 

I like the idea, the problem is then you would have "LFM weekly/daily arsha loot scroll quest".  

My only issue with Arsha is that world bosses and field bosses do not spawn there.  With the "aura of PvP Prevention" on world bosses and shared HP there is no reason why world bosses do not spawn on Arsha.  They removed world bosses on Arsha because every time a boss would spawn the entire server couldn't PvP for 30 minutes until the world boss despawned on Arsha.  Which was one of the first bandaids applied to the Arsha server.  

Things that would make Arsha more popular.

No crystal destruction while on arsha under any circumstances.  

Monthly "king of arsha" event, where the top 1-50 players depending on participation would get a title and weapon glow for the next month if they had the most unique family kills that month excluding the unique family kills from the previous 2 months to prevent farming.

Unique family kills drop "arsha tokens" that cosmetics can be traded for, or maybe even silver rewards.
