Everyone should be well aware how much of a pain it is to obtain cron stones, may it be buying from a vendor for 3mil silver per cron, sniping apparel from the central market to convert to crons (almost impossible) or to just straight up use real money to buy apparels to convert to crons (whales incoming).

For example, the amount of crons needed according to Garmoth's calculator to hit a PEN Debo, spending about 115.480 crons with a fs of 300/15.5% would get you a 81.44% success rate. Meaning you need roughly 466.440.000.000 silver or 466.44bil silver to hit a Debo to PEN (with luck). This would be great for long term adventurers that can grab those crons with the tons of silver they collected, but what about all the other adventurers that are struggling to even get to Ash Forest's AP cap and want to casually grind instead of spending their whole life in BDO? Let alone 466 bil silver, it would take an ungodly amount of hours grinding in the same spot to even hit that amount of silver and by then you can just as well buy the thing from the market. This is just Debos, not even including other accessories that have the SAME chances as a Debo, but are just completely useless right now to go for, since the amount of crons needed for any PEN accessory is just absurd.

I want to propose a new solution, which I think would be a very BDO thing to do.

Imagine using:

2000x crons

NEW Pot

200x Yona Fragments

To create a J's Hammer of Precision (non-marketable). The NEW Pot being a pot that will fill up whenever you grind mobs, lets say grind up to 100.000 mobs to fill it once and then it just goes empty whenever you craft the recipe (so it doesn't disappear).

This new pot being something you would also need to grind for the same way as the MP and HP pots, where you need to collect 3 different fragments to create one. Place these pot pieces in locations that are currently not used much, but are still decent-ish for silver and BOOM you even revive old grindspots! You make it possible for newer adventurers to get out of the AP cap for something like Ash Forest (still with luck) and it would make end-game a lot less impossible in other people's eyes to get to.

As someone who has been a Member Since Jan 28, 2021 and grinded said ungodly amount of hours in this game, I concur, there should be a way for newer players or players who don't spend their whole life in the game to feel rewarded for playing the game, not just login and be afk for an hour and log off, but to actually grind.
That idea itself is pretty good in my opinion, or something similar, and I'm pretty sure the only people who will downvote are the people who are past said AP caps and don't care about anyone else or are terminally online. (no offense)

I have to agree. As a player who doesn't have much time to play due to work, and doesn't earn enough to whale her progress, something like this is much needed.

Accessory hammers are already better than costume crons before the upcoming price increase. In fact hammers are so cheap there are people enhancing pen Debo for profit because you can actually make a profit on that with average rng (at least on EU because tet prices are quite low). The crafting recipe you suggested only costs 1/3 or 1/6 of the market hammer price depending on vendor or costume crons. I know everybody wants gear but considering you can enhance pen Debos for profit I really don't think pen Debos need to become cheaper. 

And in regard of needing a lot of AP for Ash Forest because of the AP cap: just grind normal Ash. If you need 7 bases with average rng that's still only about 14 hours max with any class. But if you abuse Red Orb from Wizard/Witch you can pull 20 mobs per pull and get a lot more trash and enough Debos in 8 hours or even less with drop event.
