Your only chance is to submit a support ticket to Pearl Abyss to revert the state of one item to an unbound state, However with pearl items the policy is generally that they cannot be reverted once equipped. However I still recommend you try your luck and explain your case that you have 2 horse calling items on the same character! And perhaps ask for one to be directly moved to another character if they cannot unbind it as a option B
