Completed Kaia Concert Tour, already have the Certificate, went to turn it in and Artina Re-issued the quest instead of completion, never forfeited it, and have all the items with me in my inventory, what do?

I don't quite know what to do. Unfortunately I have not yet done this questline, but I usually check with BDOcodex first, if I run into trouble with a quest: https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/3546/3/

Hello, I'm sure you are aware that you can complete these quests through different concert tours but each are from different NPCs. Did you perhaps return to the wrong NPC and ended up accepting the a different concert tour?
