why when I look at the map I see certain zones that show a level and not the ap and I cannot select them and when I want to grind them the monsters are weak and not at my level

Monster zones in Serendia, Balenos and Calpheon, for the most part, only have level recommendations shown. As these are levelling zones for extremely low level players, and in most cases can be entirely ignored in favour of levelling through the main quest, the monster zones aren't really recommended to be used for grinding.
