Hi there, if you are on a website account, then log in on the website and navigate to your Web Storage. From there you can send your package to the region you are on, and it will then show up in your mailbox (B) in game. Accept the box, and it will be put into your pearl inventory, where you can open it and you will have your items.

On steam, you can press ESC in game, then Community (F9) and Redeem (8). Again, choose your region, and it will be sent to your mailbox like above.
