Why there is no reward for that quest for shai players? Not even pajama? Please make that quest worth to do for all players!

It is in fact your problem if you think it was a mistake.
If the character exist and have been developed by the game creators must be included in a world wide event.
If the opposite happens, as is the case, the event is directed towards the exclusion of a part of your player base.
It's something that has already been asked repeatedly in the past, and is not even asking for a swimsuit for the Shai anymore, but rather another reward that doesn't leave her isolated from the event.

Tera was just fine with that. Everyone did just run around with little girls in their underwear, but noone cared.
