so i do the summer quest for new decorations and after i try to enter my house in grana to put them in my house and my house is missing the house name and the enter button

and in here on red mark is other house with name and button i test it on few residence and some of the houses is missing the name and buttons or the pink mark in front of the door 

and here the red marks is missing the name and buttons 

It happens to me also few times. I had to relaunch the game to interact with my home entrance in grana

As Larrah mentionned this is a known and old bug that you can work around by restarting your client.

You can change to a different character but it has to be in a different region then back and it will resolve the issue, or restart the client and login to this character first.

There is a buf that if you swap to a different character in the same area then swap again then you will not be able to enter your residence.

restarting the game or changing the character is not a fixing if im work in pa i 100% looking for a way to fix it

I have been living with this bug for over a year now. I used to play with the floating NPCs bug but that eventually got patched or just went away, but this bug has persisted since the Margoria Update. It has something to do with the area streaming in around you or lack there of. Easy fix. Ride away or walk away from Grana and force the game to stream in a new area. So leave the city and go out into the wilds then run back into Grana and force the stream in. Your house prompt will be back. This is much faster than restarting the client IMO. 

seems all houses get this at some point or another. my house in behr 1 gets it all the time..
