Title: Make ships come to full stop in 1-2 sec after hitting an obstacle, allow letting go of the steering wheel when not moving
Family Name:
Apeira

Region (NA/EU): EU

Suggestion/Comments: Currently, when a ship hits and obstacle - a wharf, a parked ship, a rock - it doesn't lose its "speed" for at least 30 seconds even though it's stationary. It even keeps using Breezy Sail, and if you try to stop it and hit turn, it will go Abrupt Turn (ship's Drift), most often putting the ship into the obstacle and bugging out any further movement.
Moreover, you can't even let go of the wheel during this skills and during "slowing down". You have to keep hitting R, so the ship finally "stops" - even though it's not physically moving at all. It's dumb, it's stupid, it's annoying and causes further bugs.
The ONLY situation when this behavior is useful is when bumping some shore with your side and not losing speed when hitting stupidly parked ships in the open seas. But it still doesn't make sense physics-wise.
If you can't make the ship stop in 1-2 seconds after hitting an obstacle, at least remove the glued hands "feature", so I can freely leave my ship when I need to, not after it stops bugging around in every direction. That would also partially solve carracks-stuck-in-wharf bug, when you can't move out of the wharf but you also can't (of course) let go of the steering wheel, forcing you to use escape / switch channel.

PA officially post it in patch notes that fixed it,  but its still bugged AF ( i'm personally think that this is server issue, because its happens only on certain channels) , just like every other "fixed" bug, so don't get your hopes  anywhere, noone gonna fix it again.
