The main point (since peeps seem to have trouble focusing for some reason):

Some classes in the game (ie. Sage, Stroker, Casters, Drak etc) can completely ignore accuracy as a stat in their builds (and hence spec full eva) cus their skill modifiers allow it.

Other classes have the worst possible accuracy modifiers or they are completely missing from their most important skills.

Since PA has proven that it's unable to balance inter-class things, Accuracy modifiers need to be completely removed from ALL classes equally. That will make eva apes (ie. classes mentioned above) to miss 10-20-30% more unless they stack a bit more accuracy than they currently do.

or Adjust it to be the same amount for every class. If you believe you can balance anything. There, compromise?

Realized an hour later that %-to-crit is in the same bowl of stupidity - especially skills that have 100% crit rate. That must make things very "fun" to build skill {effectiveness} coefficients for balancing - assuming PA does this whatsoever.

What about removing %'s evasion ? No ? its good, right ?

/Facepalming hard from kiddos that did not understand this post and down-voted it into oblivion. I guess you enjoy strokers in full eva gear that deal more than you with 313AP and 1100 Accuracy.

Yes, evasion should be tuned down too. No, evasion is not good right now. Also, I guess you dont understand what accuracy I am refering to - I am not referring to the accuracy +x% 5s buff skills - I am referring to all the skills that have Native +% accuracy to hit. There are no skills that have native evasion.

Evasion is the whole point of this text if you did NOT catch the subtext. Some classes are allowed to spec full Eva and still hit like a truck with their highest damage skills just because they are specced with high accuracy rates on their highest hitting skills - most classes are not allowed this. To add insult to injury, the classes that are allowed this are classes that are already the tankiest classes in the game (both in class passives, as well as the Class vs Class Ratio list).

I am down for that. Evasion, KD Resistance, and all, and any, RNG systems have no place in a game if you are trying to build balanced PVP.

Oh...i see, you play Wiz and DK, two classes that have +Accuracy Rate on every_single_skill. Not biased whatsoever right?

Terrible idea, most other aspects would need removed entirely or reworked, some acc's would become useless and obsolete then, everyone would be forced to run accuracy acc's, evasion would reign king, etc etc. Worst idea ever.

Another caster with 5-30% accuracy on every single skill giving us their Unbiased opinion.

Also...did you even read? This would be an overall NERF to evasion, not a buff. The biggest EVA abusers in the game can do it currently since they can hit their skills without any accuracy stacking whatsoever. 

Fyi, I am an accuracy player in PVP myself with a self-enchanted pen lunar & turo - and this whole article stems from YOUR class having the same hitrate in full eva gear (with 750 accuracy) as me in full accuracy gear (with 1100 accuracy).

Succ = 7% on Fireball, 10% on meteor shower, 10% on lightning storm, 20% on freeze, 11% on Frigid Fog, 10% on blizzard, 15% on earthquake, 15% on earth's response, 12% on earthen eruption, 12-30% on first Succ Skill, 20-30% on second succ skill.

Awa = 20% on Equilibrium Break, 20% on Fissure Wave, 30% on Detonative Flow, 20% on Thunderstorm, 20% on Barage of Lighting, 30% on Voltaic Pulse, 25% on Voltaic Tett, 20% on Lightning BLast, 30% on Yoke, hmmm I wonder why Awa Witch is dominating ash forest...hmmm...

Now be a good boy and open a skill calculator and take a look at other classes in the game. See how much they are getting compared to you. Try to form a more critical opinion before spouting whatever comes to your mind first.

You good sir are the most #insert something yourself# person in this post so far since you are the first person that plays a class (Ninja, both in succ and awa) that has crappy accuracy modifiers just like Suc Sorc. You would benefit from this kind of change, but you've never even bothered to read the tooltips of your class. Congratulations of dealing 1d12 Psychic damage to my soul.

I just adore how cuties cannot argue and debate and are just shooting off their unfiltered vitriolic opinions without a dash of consideration, or at least logic, applied to their responses. It's especially funny since people see sorc and start seeing red suddenly with their brain completely spasming (not realizing that there might be a 1.3% of the playerbase that is still playing succession - a D tier class).
