An added side benefit for siege people is they would probably see less of their least favorite class because you'd only have 1 or 2 for the speed buff, kinda like how shais are.

this is the everyday life of shai.
The difference is I am talking about is the uptime.
With shai, you speed and most of your buff and defensive spells have 100% up time from having minute long durations and seconds long cooldowns.
Imagine if you could only cast your shai buffs once per minute and they lasted 30 seconds, and your w+f no longer gave attack speed. That's what wizard and witch are dealing with.
