Combo Guide not showing despite Option being on

Hello,
The Skill combo display under your Skill guide is gone for me, despite the option under "Show/Hide - Skill Combo Guide being" turned on.
I was confused due to not being able to make it show up, so i created a new trial character to see and there the combo display is visible.
I wanted to completly reset my settings and reinstalled the game but the saving options online feature prevented me from being able to reset this completly.
Reseting all options to default also doesnt solve the issue.

I'm having the same issue except it does not appear when I start a new character either. Despite being enabled in the UI.
I've tried just about everything I can think of at this point.

The skill combo guide can only be shown to Level 35 and below characters. If you wish to turn it on, you have to enable "Combo Video Guide" and "Skill Combo Guide" in the Settings:
(Turned off in this screenshot, you gotta switch them on)
Afterwards, you need to enable the Skill Guide in the Edit UI menu by clicking on the closed eye icon on the widget:
