Yes thats a great idea because currently the t10 dine serves no other purpose than beeing for cosmetic and aesthetical reasons, the extra functionality itself it provide diffrent from other horses is already kinda useless so why gatekeep the fun of RPing on the seas if thats what ppl are into

Agree. With T10 Doom and T10 Arduanatt, they add much more than their T9 version. With T10, Dine, the difference between that and T9, there really is no huge difference.

Removing the water stamina would make the T10 Diné desirable, but as it is today, I see no reason to make a T10 Diné instead of one of the other.
