Suggestions/Comments: First of all, thanks for buffing bartering. To make bartering perfect i would suggest two more QoL things:
1: Remove parley cost for Basic to lvl1 exchange, would be nice to have something to do when parley ends and you still feel wind in your sails.
2: Acces to wharf managers from ship.
