Please allow us to brew coffee through the cooking profession !

There are several tea recipes for tea lovers but coffee enthusiasts got no love :(

While I am a tea drinker in the real world, I don't know why they wouldn't allow brewing coffee.  When they gave us the choice packs for free, I chose the coffee machine with all the cakes, cups, and coffee liqueurs.  What is the point to admiting there is coffee in the residence and not available to craft in the open world?
