Hi 

I'm doing my bartali quest and at book 10 you need a Broken Golem's Core. I've now killed about 50 Helm golems and haven't gotten it. I don't know how this can happen. 

I am not understanding why I need to do Fughar's timepiece quest. All quests on the pass are done up to that, with the next one after timepiece being Invitation from I, which will also auto complete when I reach it. I am working towards level 61 atm. This timepiece thing is very confusing to me, as sounds like I will lose out yet again. >.<

I would hope tha this would get a little more attention on the newbies servers and season servers like they advertise the Twitch channel, not a spam in general chat, but once in while it could be a good way to get the discord channel more known. Just a idea.

Idk where to post this but need someone's help. Within the past 24 hrs something has changed in my BDO launcher. It goes through sign in, patching/updating, the the Corsair pic comes us for a few seconds b4 it says launcher error and shuts down. Any help?

What does it mean "Need preceding skill" under the horse skill. It shows an exclamation park. Does it mean it's locked even though I have this skill?

Hi, I haven't played in several months, almost a full year. I was wondering if there was a way to reset my account. Like I want to start completely over from scratch. I use the game through Steam. 

Guys, I need help with copying gear. I get a message "you can only use single copy and remove copy on the character with original gear" while trying to single copy an original gear with Marni's processed fuel. I've finished Marni's fuel questline too. The other char has nothing in gear slots. It's a bs main too, so nothing that is on the list of no-copy stuff. Tried with other pieces too, but getting the same message. What am I doing wrong?
