Had this fun little conversation with PA support on some stat transparency a while ago. Was on the ropes on whether I wanted to post it or not for a while, but I've reached a CatDK(<3) level of not-giving-a-f anymore, so here it is.
TL:DR - PA will not clarify (in the foreseeable future) which stats are capped at 10% and which are not. Heck, they wont even clarify what the nomenclature of publicly available information (that they've posted) actually is. Experimenting in the dark is left to the community to discover and explore.
I might've asked too many variables at once and broken this GM's brain and capacity for attention, but I also think that they have a script on some of these matters and will not deviate from it unless there is a divine intervention (Choice having a 3k+ upvoted article) to make them step out of the matrix of answers they've been given. This shouldn't be their approach to their own community, but the community keeps filling up their wallets so why would they bother to change what already works? It is what it is.
Sorry, but those guys that answer tickets barely know about the game, please dont harass them.
Did you see that dev self interview with 2 blizzard female devs playing d4, yes our ticket overlords are probably worse than that.

Seems like nobody working for PA (bar several CMs) knows anything about the game - or plays it whatsoever.
I've had luck with support answering some questions that have been obscure in the past. It's certainly more engaging than trying to call out CMs/GMs in this forum which only posts when there is a Streamer post, or acknowledging someone from the community nails what's next in the (QoL) production pipeline for PA already.
Idk if you read the entire thread, but I really tried my best not to *completely* lose my shit while trying to get a solid answer. I still think I did a pretty good job considering the boilerplate answers and laziness of that specific GM to even try to forward my questions to KR (as some others have done before).
