Those of us who play newer classes would love to be able to have an Epheria Marine hat to up our fashion game.  We would love to throw money at the pearl shop for this item, but don't have the option.

Every class after shai (mystic also), does not have the option for the Epheria Marine hat.  Please even as a holloween limited event give us access to thais hat.

And for some reason for at least Guardian, she has epheria marine underwear ONLY available from RNG underwear boxes. So now I have several duplicates of other ones because I fail to roll RNG on epheria. Just let us spend money on it.

Idk about the hat but this outfit is a must for all characters.

I do not understand why outfits are not available to all classes.  You have the artwork, put it on the other classes as well.  I get it that maybe male/female/shai outfits would not always be able to be swapped, but across the same gender it makes no sense.
