Suggestions/Comments: Misty haze was nerfed into oblivion a couple years ago. Going from a 30 second cooldown to 3 minutes in a single update all because it messed with balancing when calpheon elvia came out. PA ,you didnt even TRY to balance it or even thought about balancing untill dehkia oluns came out. To anyone who doesnt know, PA has had to make multiple balance changes to dehkia oluns by raising the HP of the golem and arm to get it so misty haze cant let you kill the golem before the arm dies. This is the exact change they just made last patch to many grind zones. All this shows is nerfing shai misty haze was NEVER the solution, the solution in the end was to balance the rest of your game. i get it, that was easy at the time to change a single skill but in turn you just ruined shai even more for anyone who wants to play that class. IT IS TIME TO BUFF MISTY HAZE WITH A SHORTER COOLDOWN!!! im not even asking for it to be 30 seconds again but please anything shorter than 3 minutes. also while youre at it, make a max cooldown time across the board for classes. there are skills with up to 5 minute cooldowns, imo that should not exsist in bdo. 2 minutes should be the shortest cooldown for skills
