Questions about Season Black spirit pass

Howdy,
I want to graduate from my current Season character and start a new Season character, but I'm wondering when the new Black Spirit pass (premium) that is attached to seasonal content begins? I finished my current season's black spirit pass, so I can't see what the details are from the start/end date.
Or does a new Black Spirit pass refresh automatically in the shop once you graduate?

Hi, the Black Spirit Pass does not have a start or end date.
Once you graduate your current Season character, you will be able to buy another Black Spirit Pass for your next Season character to get the additional rewards.
