Pitty Enhancement System and Alchemy Stones

Has there been any discussion in one of the past dev talks or Heidel/Calpheon balls about revising/renewing the alchemy stones system?
If not, if there are no plans in that direction, I wonder why the alchemy stone enhancement doesn't also get a pity system... even PEN fallen god armor is capped with 1000 tries, and one could at least start with high caps.
