Suggestions/Comments: Using multiple carracks can be troublesome with swapping sailors between them. I suggest to add sailor presets similar to pets presets together with disembark all button.

Even columns that we could select Ship A, Ship B, To Train, Special Purpose. Also a way to to sort each column by a particular stat. Anything is better than what we have at this point.
