Character becoming guileless when in PvP content like AOs and Guild League

My character becomes guildless when I do Arena of solare or Guild league. This affects guild league more, as I'm unable to do damage or take damage in the game mode. However, in AOS I'm still able to do damage while being guileless, because I'm in a party.

I believe it would be best if you send a ticket for this issue. Did you recently switch guilds?
