This is a bit too much, let's be honest.
The new grading EXP earning system needs to be removed. It is too radical and it doesn't unify the community at all. Sure some rivalry is good in the game. I'm not against that, but not when it comes to immersion based activities which are supposed to bring together the player base. The ranking system on the grades needs to be removed completely. Even the previous grade daily quests were so much better than this system. And just to Earn the additional notes limits like the 10k notes to grind it out while playing music with 0.001 % of EXP you get, it's just not worth it at this point. This needs to be changed ASAP. Because the music community is really pissed. In my humble opinion this needs to be changed like yesterday.

LMAO, Music in bdo requires some EXP progress??? Really? I never interested in that, I thought you just buy some guitar and go play, that`s it.

You beat me to the punch on this one Thor. I hope they smooth out the rough edges soon, my library is totally unplayable in ensemble now. :(

i am so sorry my friend :( Believe me i would prefer doing the dailes than this. This is completly messed up. And thankfully i am not the only one who dont like this changes specially up to C+ grades.

I understand the vanity aspect of it, show off a stat or whatever, but this is terrible because it just show who is playing more songs.
AND of which how they stated it in the patch notes is wrong. You do not get exp for notes played. You get it for measures played. I will get more xp playing a one note 200 measure song than you will a 2400 note 80 measure song that actually sounds good.
Its also very easily cheesable to have one person like 'im rank one in music' but has never touched the composer. In my opinion the rank (if they decide to keep it) should be based off of downloads of songs in the album. Because as it stands the people who are spending all their time actually MAKING the songs people are spamming and playing to get their rank up get nothing.
This way it not only shows who is making music, but who is making music people like. You want to get a higher rank? Make more and better music. Not the way it is where you can play a 200 measure song with 1 note in it.

Yup, the ranking system is completely nonsensical and destroys the social aspect of music. Over the space of several hours I've watched as musicians abandon community hotspots to go spam single note songs in private for the sake of a number above their head. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs their head examining.
Put a 50ft wall around players preventing others from fishing when they AFK fish and see how long it takes people to riot. Dumbest idea ever.

Yeah sure, but this is just completly out of hands. And for the fact that the communiyt already told the devs based on glab that this adition is not welcomed yet they aded it, and in this messed up way its speaks for it self. At this point just let us do the same Daily quests what we had before this update. at least it had a decent amount of grade xp you got, but noooo to get the 10k notes grind. yeah no thnak you. This is Evil move against the community and against the players, and the musicians. And they never listen to the feedbakcs...

grade has nothing to do with notes anymore, its all for show now. when 10k notes come out everyone will be able to make songs with it.

Okay but what about the other issue than with the ranking than? Becasue this still an issue when it comes to the composers being left behind again. It is unfair towards them.
