I just dropped who knows how much money trying to roll a fairy to get just miraculous cheer. I cared about nothing else. Not even miraculous cheer 5. 4 would have been okay with me, but no. Now I have a fairy that DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MIRACULOUS CHEER AT ALL! I don't want to spend more money and I don't want to have to manually press my potions because that would mean essentially SPAMMING them while also trying to play the game! This system sucks and it makes me want to quit! I literally have no want to play this game after this miserable experience. I didn't see the email for the publisher transfer so I've had to rebuy EVERYTHING that I had before! It felt horrible the first time and it feels horrible this time! This system needs to go!

Honestly this just reminded me of one of the reasons I quit playing on my previous account before it was deleted in the publisher transfer. There's no respect for the player. Massive convenience is placed behind a paywall, and hey, I'm a sucker who's paid for it all twice now (minus the fairy of course because I didn't get anywhere with that). And that right there is a prime example of the lack of respect. Not only is it only realistically achievable by paying real money, BUT YOU'RE FORCED GAMBLE WITH SAID MONEY!

I truly and wholeheartedly just wish I could go back two months in time and just stop myself from getting back into this game and the likely couple hundred or so bucks I've spent since returning. Share this with whoever you have to. Customers who quit (twice now) because they've felt scammed or taken advantage of FOR REAL MONEY, don't continue to spend money. This is why your player count is down. This is why your revenue is down. This is why your stock is PLUMMETTING. If PA KR wants any future endeavors to even take off the ground, they're going to need to start putting player experience higher on the priority list. They want money? Cool, make us happy and we'll gladly spend it. 

P.s. The 3 optional subscriptions is over the top as well these days. Combine them into one and make it a $20 monthly optional sub.

i usually dont type on topics that have nothing to do with pvp or dont directly affect me but i am actually surprised that this has not been adressed yet. it baffles me how PA can go and focus so hard on the "new player experience" aswell as simplification of the game and massive catch up mechanics, yet they seem to outright REFUSE to change anything about the way the fairy system works. Miraculous Cheer V is in my opinion as a veteran player without a doubt THE MOST massive convenience feature in the game and i consider having it absolutely mandatory for actually playing and enjoying the game seriously in both PvE and PvP alike.

a max tier fairy with guaranteed Miraculous Cheer V should literally be a reward given to new players FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE after doing some season content and should also be retroactively given to every older player that doesnt have it yet (yes there are people that are stuck on something like Cheer IV for years and are just dealing with it rather than trying to gamble via p2w, its crazy. i would 100% never touch the game again if i didnt have Cheer V, which is also something that holds players back from creating and actively playing alts on different regions btw.)

i absolutely think BDO is down bad in the gutter currently and is heading further down rather than back up, but have my upvote anyways.

Couldn't agree more. I played on launch day one on my original account and played up until just after guardian released. I lost my account in the publisher transfer and came back about two months ago. I've been willing to buy all the conveniences back but the fairy system is a literal slap in the face. It's balanced so poorly that it is legitimately mandatory to pay for it because otherwise it will be years before you get a fairy with mc V. 

Coming back a couple months ago, I've tried to get several friends to give the game a shot. They all quit when they realize all the convenience items they have to buy along with a not so optional sub.

MESSAGE TO PA:

If you want to crash and burn, continue to treat us like pay pigs and we'll continue to quit just like I am now for the SECOND TIME. It only took 4 years for me to forget how taken advantage of this game made me feel, and now I remember the feeling all too well. This isn't a "I just need a break from this game and I'll come back later" quitting. This is me realizing that this game takes advantage of the psychology of my mind and is engineered to make me feel like I'm having an entirely suboptimal experience unless I throw HUNDREDS of dollars at it for something that is LITERAL CHANCE, and thus my mind has identified this game as a PROBLEM for me.

I want to love this game so much. I truly do, and always have. Since it came out I've been saying "BDO has the potential to be the best mmo that's ever existed by MILES", but it never will be. PA KR cares moreso about how they can milk their players for every penny rather than treaing their communities with respect and thus EARNING the money they so desperately want. You want your players back? Make us feel like you care about us. You want your earnings and stock prices back? When we're happy and feel taken care of, we as players are ELATED to give you our money. When we give you our money, investors give you theirs. Make us happy and you will be made happy in return!

I would love to come back in the future if the suits truly turn things around, but at this point in time, I'm a lost customer.
