The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Guild League penalty system

I know that if your Guild gets 3 penalties, that you wont be able to play Guild League for a week.

Is there a reset for the accumulated penalty's? Let's say you already got 2 penalties, will it always stay on 2 or is there a reset?
