Suggestions/Comments: I know a good amount of people, myself included, who would love for node wars to start later, especially since we are now losing the second hour.
In many places some people are still working or at least commuting back from work around 20 CEST, so we could see better attendance to fill those new 100 men caps if the nodes started at 21 CEST.
