after 4 months of playing the game without any problem, today the updater shows in full white screen so i can not log in. Any idea on how to solve this? I already updated my windows and grafic card drivers.

Did you do a full file repair?  also, you may want to revert drivers to your prior version

Yes i did a full repair and the problem persists, the problem started before updating the drivers, i already sent a ticket to support asking for help.

If support has not yet solved the issue, a white launcher usually means that the launcher doesnt detect your graphics card. You can try to do a reinstall of your drivers using DDU to remove any traces of the old install. I hope this helps.

I have the white launcher as well. try to look for an fix over the internet. there is nothing. all my other game works. So it is the BDO can not detect our graphics card. i have my card updated and no change. I have spend over USD3000 on this game and it is not working for me. as an pay to win game they need to make sure the game launch or give our money back.

Since the issue might also be related to network issues, please try the following:

1. Set an exception for both the launcher and the game executable in your Firewall (If you already have done so, please redo it just to make sure)

2. Clean your DNS cache and set your DNS to Google

3. Try using a VPN to connect to the game to make sure routing is not the cause
