So Breezy Sail, and Automatic Sprint got a "remember check box" but for some reason Forest Rush from the Forest Path Wagon doesn't stay on "remember setting".  I recently got the Forest Path Wagon, because I wanted one, and was disappointed to find out that it didn't remember the setting.  Is this a bug or oppsie we forgot issue?

Also the "don't board other's boats" setting while fishing along with the "discard X tier fish" could also use a "remember setting" feature.

Well this is simple you shouldn't have gotten the wagon than. If yo didn't get the wagon you wouldn't have been disappointed. This your fault for wanting the wagon.

I agree with OP, forest path has apparently been overlooked when implementing this QoL.

What that what he says all the time I'm agreeing with his own logic see.

With his logic were it the person he killing fault for letting him kill them. Than with that logic it his fault for wanting something that doesn't exist in the game. It not PA fault for overlooking it. So I'm agreeing with his logic that it not PA's fault it his own fault.

As for OP, given upcoming trade revamp coming this year hopefully, I and the other forrest path owners probably agree that the recent QoL feature discussed by everyone here but Doublestandardspin should be applied to those wagons.

I hope they won't mess this rework, my Forest Path wagon is full of dust after all this time. XD

I just tested with a camel and the feature doesn't work with them either.

The incorrect statement is the one you made in your screenshot. If you decided to go above 49, you accepted the possible owpvp outcome. Even if you do not like it nor use it.
