The' You are logging into an Elvia server and the notification when you right click on a quest needs to have a check box for, never show again, not don't show again today.

I am on the Elvia server BECAUSE they have the Elvia spots, no need to remind me every time.

Actually, while I hate these pop-ups, I don't want the option to make them go away permanently to exist, because I think that that extra annoyance is part of what keeps people off of the Elvia servers and makes them a more pleasant place to be. If everyone turned off the pop-ups (which would almost certainly happen), then more people would live on the Elvia servers, and they'd be more crowded.
