AWE Witch buffs

I like the buffs, but witch doesnt suffer from lack of dmg. And buffing Deto Flow???? What?
Imo witch needs (if we talking about PVE only) more cast speed/shorter animation/ more scaling with existing cast speed buffs.
A way to cancel the long animations but only for AWE skills and maybe a tad faster/longer shift wasd? And if it ain't too much some smoother transitions, like guardian got for example.
I never felt like I lack dmg or crit. Sure I also play guardian, dmg is not comparable.
What do others think?
