Is there a way to obtain magic tanning knifes ? i thought u can get them with imperial training seals but i cant find it.

You can purchase them on the marketplace, other than that you exchange life skill seals for it as far as im aware.

The only other ways that I'm aware of are through daily login rewards / event rewards and Black Spirit Adventure.
