new player here.. any of you who can help me with this problem? 

I have good gaming laptop and it can run red dead redemp, nba, lost ark , ffia , etc. but when it comes to

black desert it will just stuck after hero selection at the start of the game. pls help me :(

Is the Purnado armor set obtainable in game?

It is not

I'm stuck in Rowdy Crowd quest from Magnus.

Can't tame the horse and it's 100% not me.

Can't press W when I get the prompt.

Only thing I get is the Space minigame which I beat and boom, he's gone.

All horses look and run bugged.

Any fix to this??

I've seen many ppl with a different issue in this quest.

Hi there, as I said on another post, this quest is going to be removed soon, so hopefully this will fix your issue. If it's not in this patch yet (I am not sure when we will get the change), you can always send a ticket to support to check if there is anything the GMs can do to help you

Please help me skip-complete this quest "[The Magnus] Captivating Cruise". I've been trying for nearly four hours with mental anxiety and chronic depression, the quest gameplay jank and mechanic isn't really helping at all. I tried everything possible from diving underwater deep to crouch to crawl to avoid detection by pirate ships, nothing seems to be working. Im begging you, help ! Your assistance would be mucxh appreciated to this nearly 3000 hours played BDO player.

I believe you already got help from another player on that issue. Also be aware this thread is made by Andaro to contact us Ambassadors, who are just regular players. PA is more likely to see your feedback in the "Feedback" section of the forum.

Also, what I added to your other post: The quest will be removed with the next update (most likely) so soon it will no longer cause a headache for new players any more.

new player here... with free dream horse event and choosing 1 horse from 3, i was wondering if you can get other 2 horses in game by playing, doing stuff, etc... on your "main" character or you can have only one dream horse per character

You can get many other dream horses by awakening a certain kind of horse (Level 30 Tier 8 Courser).
