This worked fine last week, but after reset today, I can no longer trade Plump Coelacanths for the weekly rewards. This is not only impacting me, but others in my guild as well.
As you can see in the screenshot below, I have 275 Coelacanths in possession, and all of the weeklies show I still have 1 exchange left. When I click the exchange button I get the confirmation box as normal.
However, once I click "Yes (ENTER)" in the confirmation box, I get an error that says "This item can no longer be exchanged."
Same issue happens to me.

Same issue here, but i tried to do a trade i didn't do last week (Weekly Enchange: 4 Plump for 5 Yona's Fragment), that one worked.
So looks like it didn't reset altho the UI suggest it did.
UPDATE: I got it to work, by selling all of my Coelacanths (Coels) for gold bars, then catching all new Coels. So it seems like if you had Coels before reset it "contaminates" the stack and they cannot be exchanged until you clear out the stack and start fresh. This really needs to be fixed.

Week 2 and the issue is still here. Once again I cannot exchange my Coelacanths. "This item can no longer be exchanged."

edit: And after about four hours, i could turn them in again. Didn't do anything different that I can think of.

It eventually worked for me as well without having to sell them all for gold bars. It's like the reset for this happens randomly sometime after the weekly reset. It's weird and needs to be fixed though.
