Extremely tedious, and not worth using "refinery" at all. It is extremely bad in terms of input / output efficiency (As in, for example 1 Black Stone Powder takes like 2 Black Stones, while if you process it yourself, you get 80 Black Stone Powders from 1 Black Stone). The weapon reform stones will also be removed next week since they are mostly irrelevant nowadays. 

For tools, youre generally better off just buying from the marketplace. With next week, most of the low level tools will also be combined, so this part of the worker crafting will be mostly removed.

For now, my honest advice is to forget about worker crafting unless you need something specific, and use your workers rather to get ressources directly, that you can use for further processing and similar.
