Tuvala gear can't be upgraded anymore after graduation!

hello! to continue working on your tuvala set specifically after you graduate you will need to talk to jetina and fughar and begin upgrading your tuvala by exchanging it into 'boss gear' and then doing daily/weekly chores to upgrade that way.
you also have a choice to exchange your tuvala and then begin enhancing your own gear... which is a much riskier method!
additionally, you can also grind silver and purchase your upgrades.

there are many ways to progress, and all are viable depending on your playstyle. however, like megta said, tuvala cannot be enhanced with tuvala ore after you have graduated. you will need to do another path now that you have finished a season.

i think the most common advice you will be getting at this point is to make a fresh season with your second ticket (or wait for a new ticket), and get every tuvala item to PEN before graduating. if you get all tuvala to PEN, your upgrades via jetina will be much quicker. doing daily chores on a TRI or TET doesn't make sense and is not at all worth the effort comparatively.
