I transfered my characters according the to-do-list and got my certificate already in January. I am logged in into this forum page through steam and can see all my 13 chars and as usually are some customization options not usable as a Steam (and therefore) / Non-Pearl-Abyss-User. 

Your documentations why and where someone has to registrate was always poor for Steam User (Steam Account, Pearl Abyss Account, Forum-Account?), but this is a bloody mess.

Today I wanted to log in, but your launcher keeps telling me I need to log in, but doesn't give me any option to log in through Steam. My game data is already fully patched on Steam. What the freaking hell are you wanting from me?

What E-Mail-adress and what password are you demanding from me ? 

For a test I registrated me on the launcher login page with an e-mail adress and a password and got one step further. I patched the game again (100%) and wanted to start the game, but now I get the message "You don't have permission"....

Ok, the riddle's solution was,, that you have to start the game over your "start the game" button in your Steam-librtary and NOT over the delivered launcher, because starting over the launcher demands a Pearl Abyss account. When you start your game over the steam bib as a steam user you bypass the PA account login and you will get directly to the Launcher update page and then log in.
