Tuvala = Kzarka, Dande, Kutum, Muskans, Bhegs, Dim Tree, and Giaths. All of those are identical to their counterparts except the Kzarka and Tuvala not being identical. Thought maybe people would want to know incase they have to decide on which of the Tuvala pieces they want to swap to regular gear. Seems like swapping the main hand is close to the best option, unless you can get a Garmoth Heart for the Awakening weapon, which can't go on Tuvala even the non seasonal version.
You can safely ignore TrollDK, they haven't made any constructive post since 2018.

Yeah they supposed to be, just PA was lazzy to add crit to them when they fixed the kzarka.
Not like it would matter anything at all. If you think it's a bug, then head over to the bug report section and write it here. If you want to suggest them to add it to those then off to the suggestions. But in generall it's a shitpost, like "here, this item don't have a text on it, can you guys read?"

the disparity is caused by the fact that kzarka weapons didnt have that crit modifier in the past, so when they added it to it they most likely didnt realise they were meant to do the same with the tuvala piece, this kind of stuff happens when you have a defective chain of comand wich lacks proper communication, however after 5 years and all we have seen so far is not surprising considering they have no quality control team at all.
