Cooking fails on known recipes

I had this twice now when cooking a known recipe, once with meat stew (haven't tried since) and today with organic feed.
1. I put in the right amount of cooking materials
2. I start doing a batch (today I tried 600 organic feed)
3. It cooks between 3 (maximum yet) and 0 times and then brings the error message "Cooking has failed....", please see the screenshot.

I've failed with Good Feed and each time it consummed the entire stacks of Mats.
