I completely disagree with this. PA, please don't keep the seasonal changes that turned normal spots into party spots, and please don't turn any other areas into party spots. I have no interest in being forced to grind in a party, and I don't understand why anyone would want to. It sucks whenever I'm forced to do content with other players instead of by myself. For the most part, this game functions as a single player game, and I'd very much like it to stay that way.

BDO isn't a single player game. It isn't a group game either.

It gives actually the *freedom* to group or not, which is why OP suggestion is good because it doesn't involve forcing you to stop being asocial in a MMO.

1. no thank you..

2. no thank you..

3. no no no..

the so-called new "party" spots are crap and they destroyed already the whole awesome main quest or questing in those areas from the basic version before this summer-season upgrade..

if i look at basilisk it is sh*t as hell.. the whole flair of the diversity with the quests there and many different types of basilisks is gone.. and i am glad i didnt check out the other spots yet, since i heard that shultz is crap too.. waragons didnt changed so much so far, which is acceptable..

but i highly recommend to the developers, to stay on their schedule and roadmap and to not waste more resources on crap like this with the party-spots, while other things are more important and not even half done yet..

and next what really triggers and confuses me, is the fact, that you mr. topic-creator have no char or anything to proof here to show on your BDO experience, which makes me question, why the heck are you active in this forum? if you are not part on NA/EU region, than stay on your region in the forum, and if you are taking part of this NA/EU region forum, it would be nice, if you create your game-account here to show your real ingame-work before talking everyday for hours in this forum.

The new spots are good for new players, in particular Seasonal characters.  With a few minor adjustments they could be excelent spots.

Basalisks, and Waragons are really well done with their upgraded group versions, maybe a bit of balancing for the trash loot value and lowering the weight to 0.2 instead of 0.3 like it is now.

Shultz is okay, not very entertaining but it works and it is better as a party spot, I would drop the hp by about 10% other wise the spot is decent.

The Hystria "invasions" I don't know if they are only at Crescent shrines via trigger or if they can happen anywhere in Valencia, but that was an a pleasent experience.

Don't change all of the lower spots to party spots, but it is nice to have decent lower geared party spots, especially for seasons.

Would it be possible to add something like these spots to the potion spots.

Ronaros, revamp the mirrors, so that there are a few "stronger" mirrors that don't break when attacked and have them work similar to Basalisks and Stars End pillars, only make them a Party spot.

Add an elite spot to Manshaums, there is a huge amount of that forest unused, with a chance to spawn Narc while fighting, only make it a Dynamic spot of 2-5 parties.  The more people detected in the area attacking the Manshaum huts the more Manshaums that show up, and the more enraged they get and the harder they hit.

Completely revamp Sherekhan, it's an overused style grind spot that people only go to because of the potion piece, if there was no potion piece no one would ever think of grinding there, make the summoning alters do something different in the day and night, have them summon waves of regular Sherekhan during the day similar to Marie Cave, however when night falls keep the same nighttime mechanic.

Leave Kagtum, and Tshira as is, they are good lower AP spots.

+1

Lets continue to make more of the outdated content more flexible and accessible. Changes like these are good.

P.S. if anyone disagree's with this then you better say "I grind these spots and I don't like the change!"

Its 2021 and you are still grinding basi and waragons? no- grow up and support positive change in BDO, stop being a cancer.

There are valid reasons to grind there even if they're not where you'd normally grind, and PA is currently forcing you to party up to be able to complete season pass requirements in those areas. Previous seasons did not force you to party up with anyone, and I think that it's a highly negative change. If people want to party up to do something, fine, but I don't think that you should be forced to party up with others in order to do content - especially when most of this game is set up to function as a single player game that just happens to have other players running around in it doing their own thing separately from you. This game was never really set up to be co-op, and I have no interest in it trying to become co-op. Any and all changes in that direction are negative IMHO. I don't see it as a problem if they want to improve existing areas (especially if they're of minimal value as the game currently stands), but I don't want the "solution" to be to make them party areas or anything else that's going to make it hard to do the content solo.
