Im trying to make a Thread in the Guild Recruitment section of the forum for the Guild Event. But it won't let me post a thread. Now it does seem to allow me to post and create a thread here so I really don't understand why. I can reply to others posts too.

Nothing happen's as i press the 'Submit Topic' button.
Ive tried clearing the cache/logs with CCleaner, disabled adblock, incognito, both Chrome and Edge. Updated Chrome.

This is driving me absolutely up the wall as I was, one time able to post a thread there just smashing my keyboard with gibberish. Quickly deleting the thread, and again writing up the entire post as it should be, im again unable to create the thread.

Is there a limit to the number of letters? Certain words or numerics not allowed? No error messages, nothing. Just nothing happens.
