Are we going to get a Blackstar Subweapon soon and Obsidian upgrades for Blackstar weapon/awakening? PEN Blackstar is too much and fallen good is even worse, we need something for us trying to reach the softcap that keeps on going up and unreachable.

BS offhand have nothing to do with a random thread where somene thinks kutum is an issue, while noone gives af, especially not PA, who repetately makes items obsolate.
They are just slow. And this is an answer to your question. It will come, just not "soon".

Obsidian upgrades might be a bit much for the weapons, getting C11 Pen Kzarka for 16b because you went Blackstar and made it obsidian when a Kzarka would cost around 30b for the same level just won't happen.
As for Blackstar Offhand, there is a thread slightly burried discussing the Blackstar offhand, the problem is that Kutum is already the PvE offhand, and they would need to redesign Kutum to release Blackstar offhand.
bs weapon with obsidian stuck 4ever, c11 kzarka can go up to c20 and I bet my ass that deadgod weapons will need boss c20
BS offhand add more monster ap less dr but more monster dr?

Do not and I repeat, "DO NOT" go for Obsidian gear. It's best to try and enhance Blackstar to pen or buy it versus the 3ish bil you will throw away by making obsidian Blackstar gear (If you have a backup set).
I decided to have a full set of Blackstar gear because I don't grind in BDO in high-end areas anyway (I get bored very easily grinding solo). So the best advice I can give is for you to make or get a secondary Blackstar set while you have your tet "primary" set and go for pen pieces one at a time. Who knows, they may even come to their sense and give us a way to Caphras up this "PVE" focused intermediary set while they put out the rest of the Fallen God pieces in the next ten years.
To answer your question, I know I have seen the off-hand Blackstar weapon on Valks and Warriors somewhere, so it is coming.

IF you prove there is any utility going past pen c6 boss gear. For me there is none , past elvia orc the grindspot like ashe ,crypt and olun are trash and for pvp you ll be oneshot anyway except maybe ful c20 mystic and striker.
DP is a pve stat for 98% of the bdo population

Oh how I love when people spew false information as fact. There is no Blackstar off-hand in any version of the game at all...
Releasing a Blackstar off-hand would be completely redundant. A Pen Fiery Kutum is the "Blackstar" equivalent of an off-hand. I guess they could release a Fallen God offhand, but I'm guessing it would be an upgrade to Nouver.
Agreed though that Obsidian is trash, but so is Blackstar armor set in general. BiS gear is Boss gear PEN Caphrasd and ready for all fallen god gear to come out. Blackstar MH and Awakening @ PEN are BiS for 99% of the game and for very specific scenarios c20 kzarka/dandy is like 10% better in pvp.

Obsidian is a dead end. Dont use it. If you care about progression get PEN Boss Armors. Otherwise, do what you want.

Just get PEN grunil, with c20, don't listen to the meta palyers
