These scrolls have a 100% item drop rate. Do they stack with loot scrolls? Reason I ask is because I get better drops with 50% server drop rate and loot scrolls.

Yup, they do stack with regualr loot scroll. J Scroll + LS + Arsha + Tent + Guild. Hopefully you get the drop you're looking for.

There is no reason to such thing to have cap.
Though it's not like anyone would test it, and PA not going to answer it either, and mostlikely noone from the western PA guys even know whether it works that way or not for sure.
I saw some items (not avalible in our region) with boost rate of 500%+ so with limit that would make no sense.

Thats agris fever, and drop amount. The chance i remember reading in the old forums was capped as well.
