Sollte der Launcher bereits installiert worden sein, wird das Spiel gestartet.
Startet den Launcher manuell, wenn er sich nicht automatisch öffnet.

Installation-Guide

1 Ladet die Datei BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe herunter und installiert den „Black Desert“-Launcher.

2 Bitte startet das Spiel, sobald die Installation beendet ist.

I tried to transfer my account, and it said it went though, but now when I start the game, it had me create a new family name, which implies my character is gone. I'm at wit's end. I'm upset and crying. I paid for this game, and now I can't play. I tried everything. My character's name is Aran86 (she was a level 57 ranger)

I've tried looking at the support section but there's nothing of help there either, sorry but this is driving me crazy.
Is my character transfer just taking a long time? I heard things were busy. Just, please, let me play again.

Are you in the correct region. You can select the region from the right of the game launcher just abive the play tab.

@Aran86 I opened a topic about the SAME issue about 2 days ago and it is still going. Founda few more people having the exact problem.  Like you, I wrote to support, got back a copy-paste reply, but I still sent something back.

Hate to be all doom and gloom, but aside from the fact that CS is probably filled with tickets, I am not sure they'd care much for a few players losing their characters (I know it sounds rude - but I am just never that hopeful when it comes to writing tickets and customer support actually CARING). If I am wrong, I'll take all of this back...

When do you make your demand ? before 24 february or after ? Maybe for those which have demand after 25 february it will take some days to transfert

@Arialia I know it's not me you were asking, but in my case, I already transferred on the 31st of January. And one month later, my characters are nowhere to be seen.

your character is not deleted yet, that wont happen until the 31st of March. As long as you submit a transfer and a ticket to support, you should be fine. 

 

Relax, the new team at PA will get you sorted.
