I think there is 3 factors heavily applied to class design

• Every new class designed for itself, by this I mean that new class doesn’t include interaction with other classes and never tested for it, its simple getting forced into game
• Every new class designed for fair play, no tricky “cheesing” aka exploiting every broken part of game.
• Fotm rollers forced Developers to be like this, instead of complaining about class being broken, players just pay money to play it, so here is where milking coming from. Stop FOTMing, stop pay for coupons, and maybe then new and old classes reach balance, just kidding paying 100$ to face roll some angry plebs for a month is a pleasure.

Just flat out a lie that sage is top tier have you seen the forums ? Everyone is asking for sage buff. Arena rankings ? Sage dead last what are you talking about? Those classes are far more protected.

The sales are steady decline is why they try to do things 

Like an old fashioned Asian company they are too slow to react on the corporate level. 

- dungeon - D to try and reclaim q12020 numbers.

Players lost to FF14 and other games.

- class rebalance D+  listen to all the ppl who quit broken class and bad class - still not really balanced .

- new content - C+ -

We have new areas but the repeat value is horrid nobody wants to go back to unskippable cutscenes, very poor silver gains relative to other content, and basically the new areas are "get your upgrade and never go back" zones.

they are giving us stuff to do at a steady pace lately, but they didn't start to speed up until the sales dipped alot already.  Typical case of reactive company management, rather than proactive management ...

-QOL improvements A+ - they did alot of little tweaks that are good, but it's not enough to bring alot of players back.

Making certain things easier was a good call also! 

- COVID - they had peak sales when the world was locked down, it's understandable to say the least. Most Ppl don't live inside, just hardcore grinders..

Yea the sales are down they won't ever go back to lockdown numbers 

Balance DOES sell. Look at how well balanced classes in FFXIV are, with a 22 mil playerbase. In my opinion, BDO needs to try to fix the classes they have before adding new ones. I really wish they could steal some folks from other games who can handle this.
