We are still waiting for you to name these viable sub-optiumal grind spots. Where if you have no event buff, no Agris, no Loot scrolls. That in 8 hours of grinding. You can make more than a average of 60 million silver per a hour. With only full PEN Tuvala gear. That is not contested by much higher geared players. Than what the spot is supposed to be designed for. Go on, stop trolling and answer the question.

Full pen tuvala is not easy done for everyone. I have only been able to get pen main hand, awakening and chest. I am out of stones and out of inclination so season is done for me. Not every one has the same lucky rng.

Marie Cave, Ferricas, Gahaz, Pila Ku Jail, Sulfer Road mine, and Basilisk's Den.

All of those are at least 90m per hour no loot scroll.  All are in the 180-240 range you set.  At the 235K-240k you could throw in Mirumok, if you let it go up to the 248K awakening that can be achieved in full Pen Tuvala gear Hystria, Aakman, Kratuga, and Stars end become available, all of which are uncontested, and a lot of times uncontested on regular Arsha but will be uncontested on seasonal Arsha for sure.  If you play Succ Lahn and throw Human damage crystals into your gear, convert your mainhand and put your mainhand up to C2 you can do Braghi Den in Full Pen Tuvala. 

Also, 180-240 is sub 61 not finished Mediah range, because full narchillia with full Capotia at level 61 is 242/244/298.  I am not sure why you would include an AP range below what brand new players would be at after the first 12 hours of play.
